Unit schedules for 2024-2025
Fall Extended Unit, 2024: September 4 - December 31, 2024
Spring Extended Unit, 2025: January 8 ~ May 23, 2025
Summer Intensive Unit, 2025: May 27 ~ August 15, 2025
The tuition is $600 per a unit for in-person, hybrid, and online program.
For online only, there is additional charge of $2900 for administrative fee (including agreement arrangement fee), supervision fee, and on-site supervision fee. In other words, if you do the clinical practice with the hospitals and institutions that we have already arrangement/agreement in Fresno area, there is no addition charge. However, if you want to use your own context/hospital/hospice/institution for your clinical placement, there is an additional charge.

The Intensive Unit is a 12 week period which includes hospital orientation, and full time weekly schedule: 10-15 hours of individual or group meetings (spiritual care reports, didactics, personal/professional relations seminars and individual supervision); 20-25 hours for direct patient contact, including ministering to family members and staff as well as attending patient care conferences; 5 hours for reading and written assignments.
The Extended Unit is a 16 ~ 18 week period and includes a minimum of 100 hours of individual or group meetings (spiritual care reports, didactics, personal /professional relations seminars and individual supervision); 300 hours for direct patient contact, including ministering to family members and staff as well as attending patient care conferences; 5 hours for reading and written assignments.
The 30 week long extended Unit is a 30 ~ 32 week period and includes a minimum of 100 hours of individual or group meetings (spiritual care reports, didactics, personal /professional relations seminars and individual supervision); 300 hours for direct patient contact, including ministering to family members and staff as well as attending patient care conferences; 5 hours for reading and written assignments. Weekly, it will be one class (3.5 hours) and 10 clinical hours approximately.
